"These guys were wonderful to me the second I pulled up to their shop. They immediately greeted me and got straight to work. I had the paperwork from them before I even got off the call with my insurance provider. Really appreciated how patient they were with my questions and their willingness to help explain the process. Loved the relaxed atmosphere in the office/waiting area. After leaving my vehicle there, they reached out to me a few times over the course of several days to keep me in the loop on their progress. Ended up meeting the timeline requested by my insurance provider, not to mention they reduced my deductible fee by 40%!!!!!! :) HIGHLY recommend The Body Shop to anyone and everyone. Best customer service I could have asked for!"
