"Five stars for excellent customer service at The Body Shop. I had minor damage - but Johnny made every bit of it easy. He dealt with the corporate insurance company regarding my claim since a local store manager caused the damage to my car while loading an item into it. He called and handled everything for my rental car and even drove me over to get the car. The staff treated me like a close friend from the moment I initially called the office until the moment I left with the car repaired."
