"I've gone to this body shop several times before and I always get amazing service! This time around they went above and beyond to help me out. My claim adjuster took over 3 weeks to approve my car for repairs and Kurt kept calling and bugging them to approve the estimate even went out of his way to call my insurance agent, Dan Gaines, to help speed up the process. Kurt was always communicating with me and giving me all the info he could. I appreciate all the help their team gave me and my family. Thank you again for all your hard work!"

"The experience i have had with my insurance and caliber collison has been a absolute nightmare to say the least. Understandably, there wasnt a whole lot that Curt could do for me due to my circumstances, but when a complete stranger steps up to the plate the way he did it really puts things into perspective.
He went out of his way to pay for my car to be towed from my house to his shop so he could look at it for me. He additionally offered to have it towed to a different shop & when that didnt work out- I was able to get another tow back to my house; all thanks to him. His generosity and absolute kindness is something you dont see everyday.
On top of all of that, he personally went out of his way to make a few calls for me, taking time out of his day without asking for anything in return. He saw how I was being treated and was kind when no one else was- offering me as much help as he could. As someone who is running a shop, doing multiple jobs at once, working insanely long hours, is obviously swamped with back to back clients and appointments, he really goes above and beyond and personally takes the time to talk and explain things to each and every person that walks through his door.
Curt, thank you again for being a kind and caring person.
If you're debating where to take your car, this is hands down the best place to go.
