"5/5 Highly recommend.
The end result: 5/5. Wish I could give more stars. My work truck was hit and you can’t even tell. The work and paint job they did is perfect.
Communication: 5/5. Gave me a great overview of how the process would go (which was spot on). Kept me informed. Answered questions fully and in a way I could understand.
Customer service: 5/5 This place is what we all want out of customer service. I ended up talking to a few guys from the shop about a separate issue. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and had that “can do” attitude.
I asked my mechanic of 22 years, “If you were in a accident and needed to get your truck fixed, where would you go?” He said this place. 100% right. Now I have even more faith in my mechanic, and a place to take my car in any future accident."

"The owner and staff at the body shop are extremely good people. They understand your financial concerns and go above and beyond to find a solution that works best for you. I walked in with an issue on my van and the owner helped me himself and went the extra mile for me. I rarely write review but I want other people to be able to receive this type of service instead of taken advantage by someone else!"

"Return customer here and I cannot recommend Johnny and the team at The Body Shop of Yuba City enough! They provided an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
The level of customer service was exceptional. Johnny kept me fully updated with calls/texts, and he made the entire process of dealing with my insurance company seamless.
The repair work was flawless. My truck looks brand new! The attention to detail was incredible.

"Our insurance sent us to another shop and they were really rude and unprofessional. I knew I had the right in California to go to the shop of my choice, so I took my estimate to Johnny at the Body Shop of YC. Right from the beginning he was super easy to deal with and kept me informed. Since it was during the holidays, I knew that there would be a delay on the parts but he gave me a date and was ready as promised. Our car was only in the shop for 3.5 days and they did excellent work. I highly recommend."
